This is by far my favorite picture. Most of my photography is done at the beaches here in Southern California and or near bodies of water. Not only does the place give me somewhere to release life's tensions, it is also a place to release my shutter on on camera. Using photo shop to create such an intriguing an aesthetic picture can be very beautiful and earn much applaud and eye candy. Using the photo shop in this picture he added a vignette filter to the railing a staircase, while bring down the contrast in the water to create a much darker experience for the naked eye.
